• Working with other Professionals - asisting you find good specialist advice e.g.Financing, Builders, Valuations, Council information.
• Purchase agreements - drawing up the offer, and negotiating with the seller.
•  Successful completion of a Sale and Purchase Agreement.
• Continuing to provide you with outstanding customer service in your future property buying and selling.

Bobbies Buying Tip

It is good to be very clear in what it is that is important to you, especially when there is more than one buyer involved. Sit down and make a list of the top ten requirements. The top four are probably ones that you will not compromise on e.g. suburb, number of bedrooms, sun or view, access or garaging. The next six are ones that you desire but are not necessary essential and the last two or three can be ones that you can live without.

I suggest that if you get six out of ten, you should be considering making an offer and if you get seven ticks out of ten and the top four needs are provided, then you should definitely put in an offer.
