TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
Over a period of approximately 12 months we watched the Wadestown property market carefully with a view to placing our own property at 11 Orchard Street up for sale. During this period it was obvious to us that the real estate agent with the most successes in the suburb was Bobbie Meyer.
We asked Bobbie to give us a market appraisal of our home, initially not knowing if we would be placing it on the market at that time. She was very willing to do this and gave us a comprehensive evaluation.
